GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, our cookies should be refrigerated and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 months. Our cookies are best served at room temperature. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.
Our Cookies can be kept at room temperature or refrigerator for up to 5 days, or they can be frozen for up to 2 months.
We do NOT recommend warming up our cookies in the microwave.
CAN I FREEZE MY COOKIES FOR A LATER DATE?
Yes. Kev's Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months when kept in their original packaging.
HOW BIG ARE KEV’S COOKIES?
Kev's Cookies are made by hand.
Cookies are approximately 3" in diameter. The weight of our cookies is approximately 1.76 oz (50 grams).
WHAT FLAVORS DOES KEV’S COOKIES CARRY?
We have 4 original cookie flavors and always offer a cookie flavor of the month. You can view our entire catalog of cookie flavors here.
CAN KEV CUSTOMIZE MY COOKIES?
Yes, we love to think outside the box! We can create custom flavors, and apply personalized designs on our cookie packaging. Please see our Special Orders page or email our Customer Service Team at info@kevscookies.com for more information.
DO KEV’S COOKIES CONTAIN NUTS?
Kev's Chocolate Chip Cookies contain walnuts. Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies and Peanut Butter Gone Banana contain peanuts. Nuts are not part of every recipe but trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. All products are made in a facility with nuts.
DO KEV’S COOKIES PRODUCTS CONTAIN DAIRY?
Yes. All of Kev’s Cookies contain butter and whey protein, except for the Peanut Butter Gone Banana cookies are without butter.

HOW ARE KEV’S COOKIES PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
All of our products are packaged in custom-made Kev's Cookies branded packaging. Cookies are individually wrapped in a clear plastic bag and then placed in Kev's Cookies branded boxes. For more information about our branded, unbranded, and other packaging options, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing info@kevscookies.com.
WHERE ARE KEV’S COOKIES PRODUCTS BAKED?
Our products are baked at the commercial kitchen located at 213 Broadway, Amityville, NY 11701.
IS KEV’S COOKIES KOSHER CERTIFIED?
Kev's Cookies is not certified Kosher, however, many of our ingredients are Kosher.
DELIVERY, PICK UP, AND NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:
There are two ways to get your Kev's Cookies:
Pick-Up - Long Island: Kev's Cookies is now offering Curbside Pickup. Please place your order online and reach out to info@kevscookies.com to arrange your pick-up time and location. Pick-up dates are scheduled based on availability. A shipping refund will be issued once your pick-up date has been scheduled.
Nationwide Shipping: You can order cookies to be shipped anywhere USPS delivers in the continental United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Everything is made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. All orders over $200 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
KEV’S COOKIES SUBSCRIPTION CLUB
Every month, Members of the Kev's Cookies Subscription Club will receive a box of cookie medley including Subscription Exclusive products! Subscriptions are available for durations of 3, 6, and 12 months. More information on what is available each month is located on our Subscription purchase pages.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
3, 6, and 12 Month Subscriptions require payment in full when the order is submitted and are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping is included in the subscription.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT?
We know you want your cookies as soon as possible, so we try to ship your first subscription order on the next available shipping day. It will take 2-3 days to arrive, once shipped. Subsequent orders are then shipped on the first Monday of the month. You will receive a confirmation email for each subscription shipment so you know when you can expect your package. WHAT'S INSIDE MY FIRST SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
The first box of your Kev's Cookies Subscription Club order is shipped with a welcome card explaining the subscription flavors and upcoming months. Gift orders can be shipped with a handwritten note for the first order. You can enter this information during checkout.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed for a subscription, we are unable to cancel if the first shipment has been processed. 3, 6, and 12 Month subscriptions are absolutely non-refundable.
